BELGIQUE, brevet d’attribution pour un grand-officier civil de l’ordre de Léopold attribué à M. Crozier le 23 septembre 1895, lettre d’avis du 23 octobre 1895 et autorisation de port de la Grande Chancellerie de l’Ordre de la Légion d’honneur du 13 novembre 1896.

Envoyé extraordinaire et ministre plénipotentiaire, M. Crozier était le chef du protocole au ministère français des Affaires étrangères (Quai d’Orsay). À ce titre, il était notamment chargé d’introduire les ambassadeurs auprès de Félix Faure, président de la République à l’époque.
